What is the Warranty Process?

Please fill out the form below making sure you have all the information. We will require the following documentation:

  • Copy of Proof of Purchase receipt
  • Copy of electrician's invoice or certificate of compliance for the installation of our product

  • Warranty Conditions

    • All Lampada products must be installed by a qualified electrical contractor only, failure to do so will void any supplied warranty.
    • Lampada Lighting warrants its products in defects of workmanship for a period stated in the product manual from the date of purchase.
    • This warranty is only valid if it is installed or operated correctly, this warranty does not cover external factors that can cause the product to become faulty.
    • Warranty does not include damage or loss arising from incorrect installation, operation or maintenance of this appliance, altering or changing the product, installation by an unqualified or unlicensed person, or neglecting to maintain and service the product correctly.
    • If the appliance is installed in an application that is not for household, personal or domestic use, liability is limited to a replacement or reimbursement of product only.
    • You are entitled to have the goods replaced or repaired if goods fail to be inside of the product tolerance or and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
